802.1x and this frustrating error code "E63018"

I am configuring 802.1x on my network and have iMC configured as a part of my radius server group. I have an Avaya One-X phone with an attached workstation plugged into a FastEthernet interface on a Cisco 3750. The switchport is properly configured with MAC Address Bypass configured as well as it being configured for multi domains. When plugging the phone into the switchport, I can see on the Authentication Failure Log List that the phone is appearing in the log but I am getting this error message: E63018::The user does not exist or has not subscribed for this service. The service is configured for the Avaya phones as well as the range of MAC addresses for the 802.1x to authenticate against. Is there a setting I am missing to make this work? Has anyone else had this problem when configuring 802.1x?

Problem discovered.  You cannot authenticate Avaya phones using MAB using the Standard Edition of HP iMC.  Only the Enterprise Edition allows you to do this.
