Can't change alias name port on imc.

Hello,

 

I have imc ver: Imc ver IMC PLAT 7.1 (E0303P10)

 

One of HP's switches do not want to change port Alias .

Although the other switches, no problem.


Model 10500 switch problem.(HP Comware Platform Software, Software Version 5.20, Release 1208P10-US HP 10504 Copyright (c) 2010-2015 Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.)

 

Are there any ideas why the 10500 refuses to change the name?

Re: Can't change alias name port on imc.

Maybe check that SNMP read-write is enabled on the switch, and that IMC has the correct read-write community string?
