I check it with Wireshark and there is no error you can see it in the attachment.

OK, so now try running an upgrade again, but this time capturing all traffic with Wireshark.

 

Use a capture filter of "host <IP of switch>"

 

Analyse that output, to see if you can work out where it's failing.

You can ignore that type of error.

 

Look at your payload contents. Follow the sessions between the server and device. Work out what it's doing right up to the time it logs errors in IMC and fails.

 

If this is not your sort of thing to do, I STRONGLY recommend you log a case about this.

Wireshark is not going to say "This is an error". It is not going to highlight a particular packet. You need to follow the streams, look at the contents, match it up with the logs, follow what's going on, and try to understand why IMC is stopping.

It might be something like an SNMP response that asks for a specific OID, but the switch says that OID doesn't exist, or there's no data returned, etc. Or it might be in the Telnet sessions, where IMC is expecting some specific output, but doesn't see it.
