Cannot display the map using HTML5 topology.
Hello,
Since a while I cannot display the HTML5 topology map.
The screen opens in my IEv11 and the menu is coming, but the "waiting" icon runs forever and no map is displayed at all.
However it works fine using the applet (java) topology.
I'm currently runnning IMC Std 7.2, but the problem was already there with 7.1 patches.
Any idea on what could be wrong?
Thanks
Ray

Re: Cannot display the map using HTML5 topology.
Did you solve this problem? i have the same one.
i just updated to IMC 7.2 P10 and the speed of the frontend is really slow now and the topology maps aren't loading.
thanks

Re: Cannot display the map using HTML5 topology.
I have also upgrated to IMC 7.2 P10, but I got my problem soved by upgrading my workstation to Windows 10 (IE is now called Microsodt Edge).
I think it was more browser rather than a IMC issue.
So try with another browser to see if the situation improves.
Regards
Ray

Re: Cannot display the map using HTML5 topology.
i've found that if i click around in the topology window and scroll a little bit the map loads right away, but i've started to notice that the interface is getting progressively slower.
running IMC in demo mode now to see if it will suit our needs
