Deploying IOS to Cisco 2800 Routers not working anymore (7.1 E0303P10/P13)

After updating IMC to P10 the deploying of IOS to Cisco 2600/2800 Routers fails. An update to P13 didn't help either.

Problem:

First it looks as IMC is detecting the wrong flash device: "flash:1:". The actual device in the router is just "flash:".

The task ends with this, "Script exist error.".

So, what to do? Anyone else with this problem?
