Faulting application imcwlandm.exe

Hi Community

Under WLAN Managere there's no data shown on AP Bandwidh and Reasons for Association Failures.

The windows event log shows the following recurring error:

I get this error every day for a several times. I already restarted the imcwlandm.exe process but no change. I haven't found a discussion about this. Does anybody know this error?

Our System:

Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (x64)

Intel Xeon CPU E5-2690 @ 2.90 GHz (6 prc)

16 GB RAM

 

IMC:

Platform 7.2 E0403

WSM 7.2 E0502

I think you will need to contact HP for a patch about this. I've seen some other references from H3C that indicate that there some later IMC/WCM patches that might fix this. The pages are in Chinese though, so I can't confirm it.

Thanks for your reply. Allright I will check that.

By the way, when I want to create a support case for IMC, I type in the IMC serial number but the HPE site does not find the product...

From memory, the serial number is dynamically generated for each installation, which might be why it can't be found. I think you can put any serial number in there. If you're having trouble, ring them.
