Getting the following error E63025 when authenticating a computer with 802.1X
Hi,
Today we had two new laptops that have been joined to our domain and have also been synchronized with the IMC LDAP sync.
However even though all the settings are the same as for the other laptops we are getting the following error:
E63025::Failed to check MAC address binding.
I am sure that we did not enable any form of MAC address binding for successful authentication.
Is there anywhere else I can check please?

Re: Getting the following error E63025 when authenticating a computer with 802.1X
Hi,
You will receive this error when the max.device authentication crossed for the particular user account.
Under user User Access Policy > Service Parameters > System Settings >> User end point settings
Max. Device for Single Account = 100.
For example you have mentioned maximum user is 100, if its crosses more than that then you will get above error.
But did you enabled " Mac transparent authentication" and tested ?
