HP IMC APM issue
Hi Experts,
I would like to have your help please suggest i have HP IMC 7.2 Trail version for 60 days. we are trying to monitor application using APM. whenever we add new device to IMC by discovering devices and then add monitor to device e.g window server is added then we are trying to monitor the apache tomcat on the server. we give the apache tomcat port credentials and the APM host.
now issue here is when we click on OK with detect application check box checked then every time it gave the the error "Application probe failed" and when we unchecked the detect application check box then monitor is added but immediatly critical alarm is genrated and monitor status is unavailable.
same is happen for all the application monitor.
urgent response will be highly appreciated :)
