HP IMC Monitoring of HP Proliant Server
Hi!
I am trying to monitor a Proliant DL360 G3 via HP IMC in version 7.3.
The HP Insight Management Agent is installed on the server, to send SNMP traps. Sending a test-trap via the agent works. I can see the test-trap in IMC.
But I didn´t see traps about the drive status etc., only about the CPU, RAM or network status.
Please help and advise what I need to do to get IMC to monitor the drive status.
Thanks!

Re: HP IMC Monitoring of HP Proliant Server
IMC is probably not the best choice for monitoring servers. It _can_ be used for it, but you'll have to do a bit of work, since IMC is designed for monitoring network devices. You're probably better off using HPE SIM, or OneView if that's now ready to replace SIM.
