HP IMC Remote Site Manager gives the message: Unreachable and the RSM version does not match the

Hi All,

I have a strange problem, I have installed HP IMC 5.2 with remote site manager. On the remote host I installed RSM 5.2. But I get the error Unreachable (I'm sure that there is no firewall or routing issues), and also get the message version 5.1-E0301 but this is not the version I have installed on the remote host.

Sometimes it said it is connected, but if I refresh the page I get the message unreachable.

I use Windows server 2008 R2 64bit for the IMC server and for the RSM server.

Does anyone now how I can solve the problems.

This might sound silly, but is it worth double-checking the versions of everything installed on the RSM host?

I've seen a few mistakes made in the past where people downloaded the wrong version.
