HP unified 850 + IMC UAM as a RADUIS and Portal server

The solution is configured in accordance with the instructions https://www.hpe.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA5-8213ENW.pdf.

As the Portal Access device is used Unified 850 controller. When I want to do port synchronize to check connection IMC UAM Portal to the Unified 850 throuh Portal protocol, IMC reports that it can not access device becose device can not be reached through telnet, although if we check the connection in IMC device view everything works fine. Also when we try to login guest user in portal web page, login fails with message: "Request to the device timed out".

What we can do? How to connect Unified 850 to IMC UAM Portal to authenticate guest user?
