how to configure HPE IMC to monitor SW modules and power supply, POE fault errors.

You will need to enable traps on the device and configure IMC as a trap receiver . The POE, PSU failure alarms etc are sent as traps to IMC from the device.

can you please provide some example let say for SW 5406Rzl2 J9850A and IMC version 7.2
i was trying to configure on IMC syslog templates, buti thing this thing depends on severity on devices.

IMC should already have the trap configurations in place on the server side, for HPE switches. You just need to add the trap destinations to the switches.
