How to create a policy on IMC to interface up events?

Hi there.

Is it possible to create in the IMC some policy that could send an e-mail when a determined interface that was down comes to the up state? The main goal in this action is to provide to the network operators the information that the referred interface is already up and does not need to call the field tech.
