Re: How to start and stop iMC services using command line in linux?

Hello,

Generally you should use the iMC Deployment Monitoring Agent Start/Stop buttons to control the iMC processes. This is important in particular for Distributed deployments with iMC processes running on Subordinate servers, as it will ensure they are all stopped/started.

If all your iMC-related processes are running on the same system (Centralized deployment), it is possible to stop them from command line by navigating to /opt/iMC/deploy/ or wherever iMC is installed, and running ./procctl.sh stop (or ./procctl.sh start to start them up again).

Best regards,
Justin
