IMC 7.2 - Failed to access the device's spanning tree information

IMC 7.2 - Failed to access the device's spanning tree information

I mave an IMC 7.2 but on the Network Topology I have some issues. For same kind of devices I cannot see spanning-tree information (Pop up: Failed to access the device's spanning tree information): HP 4204 vl Switch Chassis (J8770A), HP ProCurve 5304xl Switch (J4850A) etc.

I have another issue about the displayed MSTP information: the Vlans assigned to each instance on IMC do not match the real configuration of the switches.
