IMC - Cleartext passwords exposed using unencrypted LDAP authentications

I'm reaching out to see if there is any recommendations for securing up IMC from using cleartext passwords when authentication with LDAP. 

As many IT Pro's know, only administrators or higher level support users log into IMC, which is a security issue with unencrypted authentications happening. If i can't get this resolved our company is looking into disabling all LDAP settings within IMC.

Select "Require Security Connection (SSL)" when configuring your LDAP server in IMC.
