IMC Critical " cold reboot " Switch status

Hello everyone,

i have an issue about critical status on IMC that mean "this device cold reboot", and i have direct check UP TIME on Switch HP 5500 its true. i have any question about parameter for this status critical :

1.  what the different between a device (switch) is automation reboot and device reboot because power outages ? 

2. there is a reason status on Comware ?
