IMC centralized with remote DB
Hello,
My customer has built a new VM Windows server for the IMC and I am trying to do the installation in custom mode .
I have downloaded iMC PLAT 7.3 (E0506) , run the install.bat and choosed custom . I have prompts for the chiper issues but for DB info where I need to put remote SQL , IP etc NOTHING.
It goes straight to installation with embedded version, by installing SQL and .db files.
Has anybody faced this issue ?
In the meantime envcheck.bat file doesn't open , I am wondering if there is any issue with Java ?

Re: IMC centralized with remote DB
From memory, you need to make sure you have the MS SQL Server Management Studio installed before starting IMC. Have you done that?

Re: IMC centralized with remote DB
Ok, I have no issues with the SQL installation.
So now I am trying the IMC to the new server , database files are still on the same server were they will remain as it is.
After batch Deployment is asking me to state database location to create new database, If I want to use the existing database how can I achieve that ?
