IMC not taking startup config of comware switch - but take running config

Dears,

I have a switch - 12910 running 3 MDC's - and teh 3 MDCs added to IMC succssfully.

On admin MDC the IMC can take copy of teh running config but not the startup config.

I did the following but still the issue not solved:

1- restart TFTP service

Restart IMC

synchronize the device 

All snmp and ssh setting if fine and no FW or ACL block teh traffic .

Any Idea ?

Back up device startup configuration file to iMC Server.

Failed to copy files from the root directory of the TFTP server to the iMC installation directory /server/data/cfgbak.

1. Check that the root directory of the TFTP server is the iMC installation directory /server/tmp. 
2. Restart the TFTP server.
3. Check that the directory iMC installation directory /server/tmp and iMC installation directory /server/data/cfgbak are exist.

The IMC can backup the running and startup config to the IMC tftp directory, but for running config it moves to the final backup directery but for startup file it fail to move it from tftp dir to final backup dir !!!!

Any suggestion on this ?

All other HP / cisco devices IMC can backup both run and startup config fine.

That "copy file" process probably failed because the file doesn't exist. 

The first thing I would try is manually TFTP'ing the startup config from the switch to the IMC server. Does that work?
