Latest Configuration Backup
Hello,
i have a question regarding the Configuration Backup in IMC 7.1
If IMC does a Backup from all Switches which are in the Auto Backup Plan. Is it correct that the Latest Startup Configuration Backup and the latest Running Configuration Backup not the same Date has as the 'Latest Configuration Backup at ' ? (See Screenshot, please)
When changed the 'Latest Startup/Running Configuration Backup' the Date ?
Thanks for you answer !
Regards,
rtietjen

Re: Latest Configuration Backup
The date encoded into the file name reflects the last time a new backup file had changed from a previous backup. So if your switch config has not changed then the filename date will not reflect the current backup operation, just the last time a new configuration was backed up.
This is so the configuration history will show those dates where changes actually occurred, and also keep your storage from filling up with identical backups.
