Network Traffic Analysis not receiving flow in IMC 7.1 NTA from Cisco 4500X using Flexible Netflow

I'm trying to gather Netflow data from a Cisco 4500X switch with a switch configuration below, Cisco documentaion:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/15-1/XE_330SG/configuration/guide/config/fnf.pdf

flow record IMC

 match ipv4 tos

 match ipv4 protocol

 match ipv4 source address

 match ipv4 destination address

 match transport source-port

 match transport destination-port

 match interface input

 collect interface output

 collect counter bytes long

 collect counter packets long

flow exporter IMC

 destination 192.168.210.25

 transport udp 2055

flow monitor IMC

 record IMC

 exporter IMC

interface TenGigabitEthernet2/1/6

 switchport mode trunk

 ip flow monitor IMC input

Within IMC NTA I changed the Server Configuration to match port 2055 I have configured on the Cisco switch.  Does IMC support Flexible Netflow?  I'm able to use the Cisco configuration above and capture netflow using Solarwinds NTA product.  I'm using the Linux version of IMC.

Similar configuration, same problem. IMC doesn't seem to populate the data. My older switches are working, but the newer Cat 3850 with Flex is not showing up.

Any documentation I have been able to find fails to reference compatibility with FNF. It seems like much of the IMC reatures specific to HP devices are great, but allow for too much compromise in a multi-vendor environment. Not having access to FNF on newly deployed equipment is, frustraiting. I think this is the turning point feature for us.
