New Installation iMC PLAT v7.3 (E0703) Basic

Hello,

i have an issue with a fresh installation of iMC PLAT v7.3 (E0703) Basic.

Envoriment:
Fresh windows server 2016 VM installation (German)

The jserver process is stopped. I have tried to start it manually, without success.

jmx.password -> administratos have full controll ...

Same problem with a new installation of windows server 2019 ...

Any idea to resolve this issue?

Hello,

Are you sure that Administrators-group equivalent in German (probably "Administratoren") has Full Control, and did you configure that Full Control using the "cacls" command? eg. for German: cacls jmx.password /P Administratoren:F

Note that you must use the cacls command and not Windows Security Settings or otherwise to grant the permissions, and also not grant any additional permissions except to <name of Administrators group> or it will not work.

Also note that Server 2019 is not yet supported. There are plans to support it in the future, but please check with your HPE Sales/Account Manager for a timeline.
