can not deploy component

when i install imc i can not deploy component which name is resource management .I check the log file and i was noticed  "

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Access denied for user 'imc_config'@'localhost' (using password: YES)".But the mysql user imc_config and password are created by imc .please get more detail from the attachment,thanks!
