delay the alarm
hello,
Just want to know if there is a way to have a delay between the alarm and sending the mail
for example .. I have some tunnels that are flapping all the time .. I don't want to receive a mail till the tunnel is down for more than 5 minutes
can I do this on IMC ?

Re: delay the alarm
Please try this:
enable stage forward in th email notification. By default, this feature is disabled, and the system sends notification mails to all destination mail addresses after alarms are generated. When this feature is enabled, the system sends notification mails to the specified mail addresses based on the specified tolerance time for alarm acknowledgement.
I haven't test it up to now. Please come back if it work for you.

Re: delay the alarm
go to Alarm --> Alarm Settings-->Alarm Notification--> Add Mail Notification--> enable stage forward and then you can fill in what you need.
