error auto backup plan IMC 7.3
Hello,
I made an automatic backup plan in IMC. It works on all the different devices on my network except on the Aruba and the 3Com S5500.
The equipment and IMC are up to date.
Have you ever had something similar?
Thank you.

Re: error auto backup plan IMC 7.3
Hello,
Have you tried a manual backup for those devices: Aruba and the 3Com S5500.? What is the error message you see in the details?.It should desplay the reason why it fails.
Also you can check if snmp and telnet/ssh is correctly configured and iMC can succesfull reach devices by those protocols. On the device page on the lower right corner under Configure there are options for snmp and telnet/ssh , where you can test the connectivity.
You can also check the imccfgbakdm.log , which is located in -:\Program Files\iMC\server\conf\log for more details about the error.
Kind regards,
I work for HPE
