iMC Interface UP/DOWN filtering
Hi,
After an iMC update, I've startede to receive mails whenever interfaces went "UP".
In my setup I have en mail notication on critical alarms.
I've made an Port Group with all Access ports, set the "Up/Down Alarm filter" to "Filter"
I've tried to disable and enable the system filter, which did not help.
The last thing I could do is to filter the SNMP traps under "Filtering Traps", (like this) and select the Port Groups, BUT shouldn't the "Up/Down Alarm Filter" remove those specific interfaces from generating an alarm? Seems a bit redudant to make two configuration to achieve this?
The goal is to filter all access interfaces from creating an alarm.
regards,
Michael
