iMC RRM
We are facing problem with RRM, auto channel is not working.
Do we need to set the power when RRM is enabled. or there is no need.
We are getting more than 80 % of interference on the floor. We have come to this number after doing passive survey on the client location.
Is there any specific time we have to run RRM. or do we need to run rrm when no of associated client are less ?/

Re: iMC RRM
Hi Mahi007,
The RRM feature in IMC/WSM is currently available with HP Unified Controllers (HP830, 870, 10500-7500 Unified Wired-WLAN Module), but is not currently supported with the HP MSM controllers (MSM710,720,760).
Since you are seeing 80% interference, it may be necessary to adjust the power levels of the APs in addition to looking at the Channel Selection. If our cell sizes are too large, we may have too much overlap for the channels to accomodate.
I have attached the MSM7xx Controllers Configuration Guide, and the section on Transmit Power Control may assist in resolving the 80% interference.
Regards,
Jarret
