iMC Software Library no longer letting me upload software yet still works getting from devices

I'm having an odd issue where the iMC server is no longer allowing a software upgrade when I upload from a file yet a download from a device works correctly.  I suspect a permission problem and verified the images folder within the iMC subfolder but no luck.

 

Anyone have any tips on this issue?

I should add I recently upgraded to IMC PLAT 7.1 (E0303P10) to try and resolve indirectly but that didn't give any different results so my current version is now IMC PLAT 7.1 (E0303P10)
