iMC UAM portal users get terminated after 30 minutes

Hello

We have imc v7 portal set up. Users from HP 830 WLC have portal authentication.

Everything is fine except that users get disconnected after 30 minutes.

I tried to increase a "Aging interval" under UAM System parameters from 30 minutes to 90 but it did not help

On WLC itself there are no specific configurations about disconnecting users.

UAM in the user access details log simply states "Admin reset"

Where else should i look for?

Hi, I am also having the same problem. Have changed seteting regarding age interval etc. Users are required to log in after 30 mins.

I'm working on the same installation based on HP 850 but i can't work portal authentication with local portal captive.

Is any one has a setup exemple to provide a local portal authentification with local RADIUS or LDAP authentication.
