iMC service fails to start after upgrader of iMC PLAT from E0605 to E0705

Hi, just made an upgrade to E0705. Now the iMC service wont start. Result in control panel is "Failed to read description. Error code: 2". 

Made a dump from java starup.bat, I got a very long output and command do not execute through, it stalls.

Please advice.  BR/Conny
