imc qos module fail to discover switch with Comware Software 7.1

I installed the IMC 7.3  module for the Qos managemet 7.3 (LATEST VERSION AVAILABLE ON THE HP SITE) at the time of proceeding with the configuration of the qos policies the list of devices does not include all the switches with Comware Software 7.1 while those with Comware Software 5.0 are correctly taken in charge.
all the switches in the network have been correctly discovered with snmp (read and write)

My question is ....

What should I do?
change the configuration on version 7.1 switches
or ..... change something on "IMC"
