syslog messages timeout
Hi; I'm using my IMC as syslog server. do syslog messages have any timeout? because my syslog messages disappeared from the Syslog list of IMC after some time?!

Yes. You can control when entries get archived, based on time and/or number of entries.
Check the "Data Export" options in Settings.

Hi; I took a look at the path you had mentioned, but those settings control the triggers for data exportation to CSV files and I did not managed to find an option about timeout settings for the logs that are saved on the iMC platform (and its DB itself). besides, none of the options there don't set a timeout to the logs.

Those settings define when syslog messages get removed from IMC, and written to CSV files.
Which "timeout to the logs" are you referring to? I might be missing something here.

Hi,
Same problem, no trig hit, no csv backup, syslog items just received yesterday will disappear in IMC.
Two different servers have same problems with version 7.1E303P06.
Can anyone help?
