to discovery and manage a LLDP device
Hi,
I'd like to know how I can manage and discovery the LLDP devices (HP or 3rd party network devices that're enabled for LLDP) with HP IMC 7. And, some old LLDP devices are not set with IP address. I'd like to find and see them on the topology view. Then I can decide whether they should be fixed a new IP address or reassiged.
Anyone has idea, please share to us.
Thanks.

Re: to discovery and manage a LLDP device
I suggest you review the settings LLDP and SNMP on both switches.

Re: to discovery and manage a LLDP device
You could try the "Topology Integrity Analysis" feature - it gives you a list of devices that it thinks should be on the topology, because it's seen them as CDP/LLDP neighbors of a device that it's already discovered.

Re: to discovery and manage a LLDP device
Thank you.
Would you please give a bit how to find this menu (Topology Integrity Analysis)? I can't find it in IP Topology.

Try right-clicking on the Topology Map
