HP 3102 business phone

hi

I wanto to know if the 3102 3com phone can be installed on a SIP server other than Asterisk or 3com. I make some tests with alcatel OXE and works in one way. The 3102 can call to any extension  (tdm or IP) belong to Alcatel server but when the call is in the 3102 direction, the call is rejected. the message is " 480 temporary not available".

The phone is registered with Alcatel, and traied with G711 and G729.

 

Anyone have any idea??
