3103 call timer

Dumb question, but I had a customer ask me why the 3103 will not show duration of call.... has  this feature been forgotten from this model phone? I know the 3102's do it.... why not on the 3103?

You are absolutely right . Our Product group said that it is not supported due to the size of the display on the 3103 tel . I am doing some ground work to find out why and if we can submit this into our engineering friends !

if you make a call , then go to the top right and click on the action tab , in there you will find the call timer . It seems that I cannot find this in the mgr documentation for the 3103 tel  . In the  action button tab , it lists numerous tasks that can be done as well .
