ATA devices on V3000 in 6.5.22 do not work

ATA devices on V3000 in 6.5.22 do not work

I have about 15 3COM V3000 systems and 2 V3001 platforms that when upgraded to 6.5.22 from 6.0.63 ATA devices do not have dial tone but show online. These device are layer 2 back to the NBX systems. When I down drade to 6.0.63 they work just fine. I have not see this issue on the V5000 yet?
