ATA not connecting to NBX 3000

ATA not connecting to NBX 3000

I have an ATA that is not being discovered by the NBX.  It power on and only the 2 LED blinks and it's never discovered.  I tried manually adding it but still nothing.  Has anyone ever had this issue?  Is it not compatible with this NBX?  The software running on the NBX is 6.5.22.

can you connect a console cable to the ATA and see what is happening?

Maybe someone had "bound" it to another NBX and you need to "unbind" it.
