Account codes

Can I insert acoount codes in the dial plan? I have a phantom extension that after hours calls our answering service. (press 3 for service, forwards to extension 400 which is replaced with the outside number) We switched providers and now the call is LD and it asks for an account code. I wasnt sure if I could put a pause in there after the number than the 3 digit code, then #.

Telco account code or an NBX account code ?

it would be a telco account code, 3 digits then the # key.
