Adding 3102 phone, need to install new license? How to get the keys now with new site

Basically I have some users from another site moving to my site, they all have the 3102 and maybe one 3103 phone, I know I need to add the licenses to my NBX but the esupport site changed after I login it goes here, I can fumble my way through  3Com-Network Licenses-NBX Licenses-3C10412-3Com Group 2 License, but then it really doesn't let me choose anything else. in the past I would add a serial number my sales person sent me and generate a key to add to my system. I don't see this anywhere, did they revert back to and emailing process like 3Com use to use?

I really need to get a couple of licenses soon.

You need to contact the support group @ 800 876-3266 for now until the web is resolved
