Hello,
I have a NBX running in SIP mode 6.5.22. We have been adding Polycom Soundpoint IP550's and they have been working fine though they are not really integrated into the PBX as well as the 3Com handsets. Now I have a problem in that I need to set up a bridged appearance across two IP 550's, which I have tried to do via the web interface to the phones but I can't get it to work properly. It seems that if you add an extension on Line 2 on one phone, that extension gets completely dropped off the primary phone where it belongs even if you set it up as a 'shared' line. Will this just never work because the NBX can't handle this functionality on a SIP phone? Am I missing something obvious?
