Busy Lamp not working occasionally

Extension 100 and 101 are bridged (in this example 101 is never in play, just noting it for completness)

Extension 102 has a :Line/Ext programmed for ext 100

from time to time the Line/Ext for 102 stops working for ext 100. (102 picks up is on calls and the led programed on 100 doesn't light up)

ext 100 needs to be power cycled to get the led to light again..

this happens 3 or 4 times a day... then all works fine for days then it starts happening again...

the line/ext button is part of a multicast packet that is sent out from the NBX. Is this phone on the same subnet as the NBX?
Check multicast on your switches and routers.
