Call ID Info gets stuck on 3103 Manager Phone

After I switch to another call, the previous call id bubble gets stuck on

the display. The call is not active and no line is in use, but it is stuck with

no way to remove it off the screen. I tried releasing the call, etc - nothing.

This happens on many of my 3103 phones - help!



I am running the phone on an NBX system - version 5.X

You state a 3103 Tel on what version of 5.X ?

5.0.31 ?



I think I understand but want to make sure



when you "switch " to another call , do you hang up or do you put the call on hold ?



Also , what is your telco circuit ? PRI T1 or Analog ( has to do with the caller id being recieved ! )



I run a 6.5.20 system in my lab and I have not seen that issue on a 3103 system yet ....

I am pretty sure analog. We have a simple 5 line system, with 5

physical pairs coming off a block.

So , you have a 3103 tel with 5 Analog lines coming in . When you put a caller on hold and answer a button for the 2nd ringing line , you state that the caller id does not change when you pick up the new call ringing on your tel ?



Are you sure all 5 lines have caller id on them ?

If the same line , say line 2 , rings in with no other call on hold , do you see the caller id ?



That I will have to test in my lab . I have not heard that one at all .
