Call bridge, is it possible?

i would like to know if it is possible to:



1. Make a call from an external device, e.g. cell phone.



2. NBX system replies with an option 1,2,3 and then provide dial tone.



This is to centralize all of our international calls and do them using the NBX system in the company instead of making international calls from our cell devices.

What you are asking to do is a form of DISA . Direct Inward System Access . The NBX does not do this as there is too much security to worry about . Times have changed and years ago , Managers used to set this up for their Corporate folks on the road via an 800 number back to the PBX allowing them to make all sales calls on the company lines with a Security code . The feature cannot prompt or guarantee Security .
