CallPark
We have two V3001 systems in different locations (A and B). When transferring a call from A to B, B used to be able to park the call on their system. Now when they park, the call is dropped. We have not made any changes to either system. Any ideas?

Re: CallPark
Instersting , but it sounds like something occurred . If thats the case then try a reboot of both NBX'es but I suspect something else is going on . Unless the tables were modified then I would also need to know the error that occurs in the window of the display of the tel . Park extensions are a member of table 2 . Check Table 2 and make sure all of the Park extensions are members of this table as well .
What type of platform and code running ? Also what type of tels fail ?
3100 3101 3102 3103 ?
does this occur in both directions ?
Site A to Site B no park ?
Site B to Site A no park ?

Re: CallPark
Already tried reboot - did not fix.
No error message. When B tries to pickup, the call info is displayed, then the call is dropped.
They are members of table 2 (Incoming DID and Auto Attendant).
Phones are 3102 and B to A works.
Not sure what you mean "What type of platform and code running?"
Thanks... FG

Re: CallPark
What version of NBX code ?
So when Site B answers the Park by dialing the Park extension , the call drops ?
When did this start occurring ?
Any router or switch changes on the network ?
I have not heard of that one but it seems strange .....
