Can you use DIDs with POTS lines on NBX 100?

Can you use DIDs with POTS lines on NBX 100?

We have an NBX 100 running 5.0.31 software.  My boss doesn't want the ATA to pick up at all but have the incoming calls go directly to reception ext 100.  Is there a way to do this?  Can you use DIDs with POTS lines or only with PRI?
