Cannot reset voicemail password

I am trying to reset a user's voicemail password (the user does not remember the old password) and I am constantly getting this error:

"Current password is incorrect".

I was able to reset other passwords but on this particular extension is not working.

Any ideas? Can anyone give me the step by step instructions on the recommended way to reset a voicemail password? (maybe I am doing something wrong). Thanks

Change a users password via Netset.

1. go into System Maintenance/Password administration

2. change the pull down menu to "User Password" and click on GO

3. the users will come up. click on the user you want to change, then click reset password.

This resets the password to the users extension number.
