Consoles not working after 6.5.18 upgrade

Our attendant consoles are not working after upgrading to 6.5.18. The consoles flash in a repeating sequence. They show up as online, but do not work.



Any thughts.

I know issue, and i try with consolle (DSS/BLF) old model 1105 3C10123 and with this one work fine.



Only when up the case receive the FIX? I write in other discussion.

Known issue . Open up a case and you can get the patch for this

we have noticed that it will not handle more than 3 consoles on our instalation. The 4th will continually restart.

I know this bug is fixed on R6_5_20 or i read in a previous release note.
