Crash remote Phone

Have V3000BRI with release software R6_5_18 with VPN to connect a only one Business or Basic Phone (310X).



Random the phone crash and only fix, ORRIBLE FIX, is only reboot the NBX to reconnect the phone.



Anyone any ideas?

you don't mention if the NBX is in SIP mode or not.. but 6.5.18 had many issues... you should grab 6.5.20 or if you can wait 6.5.22 is due to be released this week.
