DCA problem when start. Where software download?

Hi all,

i have a problem with DCA, i install TSP and DCA and not show anything problem, but when start the DCA (with startup or manually start) the DCA not start.

I see in a task manager the DCA show start but few second vanishing.

I try three different DCA and TAPI from R6_0_1.

For download all software about NBX (CDR, DCA,TSP etc.) here in HP are there any link or space or page where i find?

What version of NBX code ?

What version of TSP ?

What version of DCA ? 

Open a case and we can give you the code .

Hi,

i also resolve my problem and sorry for the retard for this replay/post.

By task manger i see the problem are the frameworks.

Uninstall version 3 and 3.5 and reinstall, after the DCA start correctly.

No worries and glad it was resolve d. Unfortuantely the software is now protected ,so You need to open a case , or contact someone in order to obtain the code now .

i control on my database and i read the application is already like "current".

I read in another post a few patch in a release R6_5_22, i know is possibile to download via open a case but is possibile to have a release note (*.pdf) to read a fix?
