Dedicated Voicemail number

Another question.  Can you setup a dedicated number that everyone can call in and check voicemail.  We have it now so that people can call their phone number from outside, then press # and check them but we wanted to setup a line that that everyone can call in and check their voicemail on.  Is this possible?

Sure. For pri, just set up a pretranslator for the number you want them to dial.. have that go to 500... instruct users that when they hear the greeting,press **.. this will then prompt them for their mailbox and password.

Also remember that when a caller gets to the Auto Attendant  , day or nite , they can hit a star or star star .

First star give a xfers to vmail prompt so that You can transfer directly to a users mailbox .

The 2 stars allow them to log into their mailboxes directly ( like a back door number ) .
